Jefferson's Very Small Batch Bourbon Mexico Palate: Warm and delicious onJeffersons Bourbon is made in very small batches, very small batches. Up to four different Kentucky straight bourbon whiskies of different ages are married or vatted together. Doing so creates complexity and balance while maintaining the desired consistency. Nose: Soft grains; fresh corn, with a sweet coconut and banana tone. Vanilla buttercream, with sugars verging on caramel. Very slight spiciness, more like cinnamon bun than the actual spice.
