1" Plastic Shoe / Cover (for use with 3"x 3" Base Plate). Box of 10 Tabs Each size has a different1 inch Plastic Shoe Base Plate Cover for use with 3"x 3" Base Plate. These one piece shoes slip onto the 1 inch square tube and over the base plate to provide a finished look. The plastic gives excellent weather protection and provides longevity to steel base plates under them.
