Now known as The Stapleton Family Funeral Home, it's one of the oldest funeral homes in Rhode Island. The funeral home opened by Charles Barber in 1891; in 1924 his nephew Vern Holdredge partnered with him and they moved the business to Cranston, and in 1932 they moved to 532 Broad St in Cranston, when this photo was probably taken.
