'Roche Old Court Barn' Wood Engraving shoreline Painting dimensions: 17 x 12cmAn exquisite wood engraving by artist Howard Phipps. The beautifully intricate engraving itself measures just 12. 5cm x 7. 5cm and is mounted in an off white mount making its outside dimensions 31cm x 27cm. Howard's wood engravings have been cut on the end grain of a block of very hard Boxwood using very fine tools. The final image is printed by hand using an Albion Press which was made in 1862.
