Sir John Eamer discovery looking southSir John Eamer was an eminent wholesale grocer in Wood Street, London. Here he is shown next to his horse, dressed in uniform. In the upper right corner are a coat of arms. He was Sheriff (1794), Alderman (1795 1823), Master of the Salters' Company and Colonel of a regiment of the East London Militia.
