The cushion shows a view of the palace of Holyroodhouse, the official Scottish residence of the Queen. A carriage is shown entering the palace, surrounded by soldiers and a military band. Artwork by Fred Taylor, who was commissioned in 1930 to design four ceiling paintings for the Underwriting Room at Lloyds and murals for Reeds Lacquer Room. He
