Crafted from Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso maturation, it develops a distinctive character with a spicy, resinous mouthfeel and a long, lingering finish at 50. 8% ABV. American Oak adds notes of vanilla and candied fruit, while European Oak brings out darker, heavier dried fruit flavours and enhances the sweet wood spice characteristics evident in the whisky.
