Art Nouveau Carved Horn "Poppies" Necklace by Georges Pierre plus turtle bag x2 items Janine G alexandrite or possibly born in 1885DATE: Art Nouveau, c. 1910 Wonderful antique Art Nouveau necklace dating from early 20th century France. Made by Georges Pierre (GIP maker's mark to the reverse), it's carved from a single piece of horn, with poppy motifs meticulously hand painted and accented with a large orange carnelian cabochon.
