2024 Serrat 'Autres Terres' Nenagh Park Chardonnay 750ml 14.5% ABV chai and graphite pencil complexityThis is the first release of Chardonnay from the Nenagh Park Vineyard. These are original vines from the 1989 planted, so marking their 25th year in style. Its the old Australian clone of Penfolds 58, highly regarded by winemakers around the country. The site is south east facing so only catching the morning sun and well sheltered from the afternoon heat. The wine shows its cool site grapefruit, citrus leaf and blossom with a stoney and flinty edge.
