TWO 1860s CDVs of Civil War Soldier / Captain LIKELY by Minnesota Photographer 1860s Clear glass ambro with aTwo original CDVs of an unidentified soldier. The backs are blank, as produced, but these were part of a larger group of CDVs purchased together, the vast majority having Saint Paul, Minnesota imprints (most by Whitney) and the remainder having Washington, D. C. Alexander Gardner imprints, so I'm almost positive they were taken in one of those two places, most likely Minnesota. Dimensions of the vignette image are 4" x 2 3 8" possibly slightly trimmed
