Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Digit Pulp, we provide digital services through our Digit.OS platform. As a service-based business, we do not offer physical products; therefore, traditional product returns are not applicable. This policy outlines our refund conditions and service commitments.

2. Service Nature

All services offered by Digit Pulp are intangible and delivered digitally, including but not limited to social media marketing, advertising management, content creation, and digital strategy. Once a service has been initiated or delivered, it is considered consumed.

3. Payment Terms

Clients are required to make full or partial payment in advance based on the selected package or agreed proposal. Work begins only after payment confirmation.

4. Refund Eligibility

We maintain a transparent and fair refund policy:

  • Refunds may be considered only if the service has not yet been started
  • If a performance-based guarantee is clearly stated in the agreement and not met, a partial or full refund may be applicable based on the agreed terms
  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable processing fees

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Once the service has been initiated or partially delivered
  • Delay or failure caused by the client (lack of communication, delayed materials, approvals, etc.)
  • Change of mind after service purchase
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations not aligned with agreed deliverables

6. Revision & Support Policy

Instead of refunds, Digit Pulp offers revisions and optimization support within the agreed service scope to ensure client satisfaction. Reasonable revision requests will be accommodated based on the package or agreement.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the service starts. Once the project is underway, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may be subject to partial billing depending on work completed.

8. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or a mutually agreed alternative.

9. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party expenses (e.g., ad spend, software tools, platform fees) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
