The vineyards are located between 550 and 1,000 meters in altitude, on soils of both gravelly, younger lava and deeper, oxidized volcanic soil. The wine is light, clean, and unfiltered with red berries, dried herbs, and a pronounced minerality. It ages in large, neutral barrels and
