Flot kortpresse i palisander Møbler Vasens dekoration er designet afLength 24 cm. Width 10. 5 cm. In the past, paper was an expensive commodity, so playing cards were not simply thrown away when they were bent or dirty. They were pressed flat again after use in a press like this one. Beautifully executed card press in rosewood with inlays of mother of pearl, silver and with ivory knobs. This one is from the end of the 19th century. It is in very good condition. A knob is missing.
