Dominio do Bibei LALUME 2022 Rosé Hand-harvested in SeptemberRich and complex white wine with excellent minerality and elegance. 98% Treixadura and 2% Albario. Treixadura is one of the traditional and ancient grape varieties in the region. The vines are planted at up to 700 meters altitude. The aroma is of citrus, green apples, white flowers, and light smoky, stony notes. With a bit of air, it opens up with nuances of pear and herbs. The taste is dry, focused, and salty with excellent acidity and a long finish.
