KARDEMOMME frø julekrydderier slightly smoky and spicyOur cardamom is grown in an ideal climate in the mountainous areas outside the city of Kandy. The characteristic green cardamom from Sri Lanka is hand picked from September and gently dried in the sun to preserve its beautiful light green color. The cardamom is intense and aromatic with notes of citrus, eucalyptus and a pleasant sweetness. It is brilliant in baked goods for example. cardamom rolls and buns.
