Den er udviklet til brug med eksternt MIDI keyboard og kan anvendes som bde desktop enhed og i 19" rack. Synthesizeren bygger p en udvidet FM arkitektur med seks operatorer pr. program. Ud over klassisk frekvensmodulation kan operatorerne ogs arbejde med andre modulationsformer som ringmodulation, filtermodulation og wavefolding. Den har op til 80 stemmers
