The variety produces approximately 20 cm long, decorative, golden yellow, normally sweet corn cobs. The cobs are best boiled or grilled but can also be eaten raw and are excellent for freezing. A cooking tip from one of our ambassadors, Anna Kubel, is to pre cook this variety and then brush with butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan, parsley, salt, and then into the oven.
