This poplar has elements of a wavy pattern which in some cases has chatoyance, or cat's eye shimmer, which is a 3D effect in the wood's fibres. NB: the pictures with a pale color are dry. The blank is approx. 25x40x125mm and is stabilized with resin. Waterproof, solid and colourfast. A solid shaft blank, completely filled with hardening resin that provides a very comfortable and strong shaft that does not need either oil
