Envinate ' Taganan Tinto 2023 ' Titel:Default Title Pecorino of GorgonzolaEnvnate is the project of four oenologist friends Roberto Santana, Alfonso Torrente, Laura Ramos and Jos Martnez who focus on exploring old, Atlantic influenced terroirs on the Iberian Peninsula and the Canary Islands. Tganan is the old name for a rocky vineyard area on the northeast coast of Tenerife, where vines 50 to 150 years old are rooted in primary volcanic rock, just above the Atlantic Ocean. Due to the rugged terrain, all work is done by hand
