It has fresh aromas of apple, white flowers, acacia and lemon. Deliciously perfumed with fine acidity, ripe and balanced with a nice minerality. The grapes come from a place called Partinelone, where the terroir consists of clay limestone soil on a slate base. The grapes are harvested by hand when healthy and ripe. The entire harvest is pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel
