Besides his job as cellar master of the famous Heymann Lwenstein, Tim also manages a mere hectare of family vineyards in the Terrassenmosel, including in the Grosse Lagen Rttgen and Roth Lay. His first harvest was in 2020, and 2023 is now on the market (while neighbours are already selling their 2024 vintage). Tim doesn't like to release his wines too young; he believes they need at least six months in the bottle.
