Almost every year the brewers release a new vintage. This year the brewers took a different approach when making Grape. We started with a blend of older beers (about 2 years in barrel), refermented with Kkfrankos grapes, and aged for quite some time in our oldest foudre. Before bottling, the brewers blended this base with spontaneously fermented wine from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
