This white wine from the Cotes du Luberon uses the finest white grape varieties: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Ugni Blanc, and Vermentino, all grown in an old vineyard at an altitude of 1,100 meters. The altitude is crucial for the refreshing style of this wine; the summers are very warm and long, causing the grapes to ripen very quickly.
