One is our standard "Recipe 2," and the other is a derivative of it, using a Maris Otter base malttypically the malt reserved for our barleywine, Arabesque, and occasionally other English style beers. The blend consists largely of beer aged from Willett Bourbon barrels, 20% Four Roses, and 10% Wild Turkey, aged for eighteen to twenty four monthsan average of twenty
