Originele leden Rudy Bennett (zang) en Robbie van Leeuwen (gitarist) speelden een belangrijke rol in de Nederlandse beat explosieperiode in de jaren 60 en waren de eersten in hun genre die chartsuccessen behaalden. Hun album Impressions Of Wonderful werd vaak het Nederlandse equivalent van de Beatles Sgt.
