We had already tasted this wine in Israel, but it was a test run. This test was so incredibly good that they decided to put Moscato wine into production. This lightly sparkling wine is made from Muscat Canelli and is harvested very early. By using cool conditions during fermentation, a soft mousse develops. This gives it its own unique style
