Being pear shaped I was really worried I wouldn't fill out the upper part of the dress, but is is VERY flattering (not only the open hips), the cleavage flatters even a smaller bust and accentuates the waist- so does the naurical top (and the stretch is forgiving)

Underneath, a grey T-shirt or a casual shirt would work just as well, finishing off the outfit with casual boots or sneakers
