This dressing is a variation of a dressing originated in France by a Chef to Louis XIII who made a Sauce Au Vert (Green Sauce), which was traditionally served with Green Eel. Modify with your favorite herbs I have seen Green Goddess dressing made with many different types of herbs so really you can use any that you like

Add olive oil 1/3 cup at a time, shaking very well after each addition, until smooth and emulsified (you could do this in your blender or with an immersion hand held blender)
