Model in the images is a 8 months old and wearing a size 12 18 months. All of our gorgeous Tutus are created with a soft cotton underlayer for comfort. This is especially important for babies 0 3 years old. The tulle we use is ultrasoft illusion tulle once again keeping comfort as our main priority.
