All original buttons. Such a good piece! NOTED FLAWS: Small stain on the suede part near the left shoulder. Mending done to the right side near sleeve seam where yarn was starting to fray. Very minor pilling. MEASURMENTS: 21 inches across left shoulder seam to the right shoulder 21 inches across left armpit seam to right armpit seam 26 inches total
