It was made under the creative direction of Pierpaolo Piccioli The dress was a recreation of an iconic piece from the 1971 collection that was immortalized in Italian Vogue. This and the other dress in that same photo were recreated as a nod to the original Mr. Valentino. One was worn by Lady Gaga that year. I love this lets you see how extraordinary this piece is on
