70's White Cotton Ruffle Front Blouse by Lady Manhattan clip on earrings Light acid wash back with1970's white blouse. Fabric is 65% Dacron, 35% cotton for that smooth unwrinkled look. Button front with a short narrow collar, long sleeves with button cuffs. Front has 4 rows of ruffled lace which also trims the collar and the cuffs. Back is plain.
