This brilliant blue velvet dress reminds me of the lines of a vintage skating dress with that perfect Kamali twist! The skirt is full there are actually several yards of fabric in there and that fullness is made more apparent by the nipped in waist. The top is cut full through the base of the sleeves, again emphasizing that illusion of a tiny waist. I love that she chose to use snaps to do it up. It will completely close right up and will
