The top is decorated with an asymmetric ruffle that travels from the shoulder down the body to the waist and across into a peplum ruffle. There are two large 3D flowers decorating the side of the top for a standout look. Attached at the waist is a full circular skirt. The top and ruffles are made in our off white cotton with skirt contrast in silver and gold vines
