60’s Black Velvet and Satin Draped Turban Hat by Sally Victor raisin colored Jacket is in excellent conditionDraped turban style hat in satin and velvet. Styled to dip down on the right (satin) side. Interior is finished with a black acetate and black grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition, showing little to no age or wear. Inner circumference is 21 inches.
