Made of a poly jersey it has a simple, heavily elasticized bodice like a tube top. This hugs the body until it gets to the waist and then the skirt flows out from there. The sleeves are amazing! The too are elastic until just above the elbow and then they puff out until they are cinched back in at each wrist. You can wear it on or off the shoulder. I love the little ruffle edge
