Documented 1994 Versace Couture Chic Little Black Dress Sold The top buttons down theLinda Evengelista was photoed in a version of this dress from Vogue Germany in 1994 which gives us a date on this dress. It has the same shoulder treatment and very similar cut. It is hard to tell from how she is holding the dress but I think ours may have a touch more flare through the skirt. Versace pieces can be so sexy and chic and yet still have a refined air about them and this little black dress is a perfect example of that. It is cut to skim
