It can totally be worn just as is or the elastic could be replaced

The fabric is light weight and has a slight crinkle texture to it. Details Brand Unknown Size XS S Waist 12. 25" across, 13" pulled taut Hips approx 18" across Rise 13. 5" Inseam 30. 5" Outseam 42. 75" Thigh 11" across Leg Opening 11" Condition The only flaw I found was a small section of the top stitching on the left pocket has come out. It does not open any seams though.
