High neck, Victorian style collar with lace bib and decorative buttons. Full tiered skirt. Fully lined with cotton, except for the sleeves. Snap button cuffs with outer non functional buttons. Back metal zipper and hook eye closure. No label or tags, handmade most likely. The top layer of fabric is cotton fabric, very slight sheerness and no stretch. Condition Excellent vintage
