60's Mod Blue Velvet Patty Duke Hat by Teen Topper Whimsical 1980's blue & green blazerBody is a dark navy blue velvet with a blue grosgrain ribbon running across the crown creating a top bow. Styled like a modified sherlock hat with a narrow side split brim on each side. Interior is finished with a bright red twill and a navy blue grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition. The only thing to mention is the inner ribbon has some stitch marks. The original owner had used it to adjust the hat down to a smaller size. Inner circumference is 21
