There's a matching tie sash, a ruffled capelet neckline, and billowy half sleeves. The material has a light stretch to it. There is a back center zipper (nylon) as well as a side waist zipper that was added later (metal). Both zips still work. You may want to wear a slip with this dress. Bust measures 40" 42", waist 33", length 44", hip
