80's Fabulous Taffeta Tulle Ball Gown by Bernard Perris 1900s blouse Also an opening/tear on theThis fabulous French ball gown from Bernard Perris features layer upon layer of pink taffeta and black tulle. The skirt comprises three layers of fine black tulle, a layer of fuschia pink taffeta, a stiff tulle petticoat, and a bottom layer of black silk taffeta (the bodice is also lined in black taffeta). The dress has a densely ruched bodice and midriff with a dropped waist. There is flexible boning in the bodice and foam in the cups. After we
