If you love it in the photos you will love it even more when you actually get to see the level of construction and work that would have been done to so densely hand apply all the tiny sequins by hand to cover the dress with this amount of coverage. The base fabric is black and cut to mold itself to the bust and waist and then the skirt flares out. The surface of the dress
