Wide leg, swishy rayon that looks like a skirt when you're standing still. Perfect for riding your new bike! High waist, with pockets at each hip. These are marked a size 8 but the elastic has been stretched out so they fit more like a 12. They've been washed and line dried and steamed. One of the pockets has a bunch of holes at the bottom so I wouldn't put anything small in
