This is a full size pack cover with attached hood and shoulder cape. Made of Sil nylon with a Poly ether Urethane coating on inside. >5000 mm hydrostatic head. All seams are taped or bound. Elastic strap buckles across the back of pack to keep it secure. Available in Medium & Large Medium size fits up to 65 Liter packs. Large fits expedition size
