Edwardian Burgundy Velvet and Ruched Silk Wide Brim Hat by King's of Bristol overdress Vintage 1980’s ivory sheer dolman1910's (I'm estimating 1915) hat in burgundy velvet and ruched silk. The wonderful curved design of the velvet. The color is a deep wine color. It's in fair condition the silk has split in a few places. The velvet is in very good condition. The interior is lined with black silk and is in very good condition. Gold stamp inside from King's of Bristol, TN. Probably a department store. Measurements Circumference 23. 5" (for big hair!) Height 3" high crown
