1940s Amazing Printed Silk Swing Dress designer-bessi This puts all the thingsReally one of the most amazing forties dresses I have had. Its made of a fine silk think Hermes scarf type silk. It has an amazing design screened onto the silk It has a dragon scale feel to it for some reason I think of dragons every time I look at it. The accent details are stunning loops and swirls of stylised flowers and vines with little floral details scattered about. I am not sure if I have captured the subtle use of a pale pink that highlights
