The movement, the ruffles, and the tiers of tulle on this dress is exquisite. Not to mention there being polka dots all throughout! The dress is made of tiers of tulle with mesh edging on every tier. A satin neck bow, and it is fully lined. There is a back center zipper and hook and eye closure at the neck. This beauty will fit up to a size 6, please see measurements
