This original vintage skirt has been made in the 1950's from cotton which has been decorated with a blue gingham and red continental tile pattern in horizontal stripes

The notched collar with v-neckline marks the beginning of a single row of three buttons

however the jacket has been expertly darned and these darns are noticeable on close inspection
