The dropped skirt is gathered along the front and then gently flares out so it swings around you when you move

The back is also gathered and there is a slit so that it is actually entirely open to the back high waist seam

This was the silhouette of the seventies and this topping a maxi or midi skirt, or a wide legged trouser was all the rage! In incredible condition it has a ribbed skinny fit waist, with that same ribbing at the cuff as well. Over this is a loose fitting, deep V striping whose sleeves are cut deep into the waist! Its the perfect pairing of cool and seventies chic.
